Providence Urgent Care Clinics

Kaiser Permanente works closely with Providence Urgent Care Centers to coordinate patient care and keep all members of the care team informed about diagnosis and treatment. Urgent Care Clinics are open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily and are located in Spokane Valley at Providence Medical Park, in north Spokane at Hwy. 2 & Hawthorne, and downtown just off the freeway at 5th & Division. Patients can receive treatment for colds, the flu, ear infections, sore throats, migraine and fever, and minor injuries, including lacerations, low-level burns, sprains, and simple fractures. No appointments are necessary.

Providence Spokane Heart Institute

Providence Spokane Heart Institute provides comprehensive cardiac care for patients of all ages. Services include complex interventional diagnostics and treatment; electrophysiology (including ablations and implantable cardiac defibrillators); minimally invasive robotic surgery; valve replacement; echocardiography; heart transplants and a mechanical heart program.  A Cardiac Level I Program coordinates rapid care with rural hospitals for patients needing immediate cardiovascular interventions.

Providence St. Joseph Care Center & Transitional Care Unit

Located on the campus of Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children’s Hospital, St. Joseph is a licensed skilled nursing facility with one of the highest patient acuity levels in the state. This 162-bed resource provides long-term services, as well as short-term rehabilitation care for orthopedic, cardiac and neurological patients as they transition from hospital to home.

Providence Visiting Nurses Association Home Health

Providence Visiting Nurses Association (VNA) Home Health is Spokane’s oldest provider of skilled home health care, serving individuals who need health care services at home for a temporary condition such as post-surgical care, or a chronic condition such as heart failure, diabetes, or Parkinson’s disease.

Providence Emilie Court Assisted Living

Providence Emily Court Assisted Living is a beautiful apartment complex for seniors who wish to live independently but also want to benefit from an on-site nurse as well as prepared meals and laundry services. Residents enjoy many social activities and retain the privacy and comfort of their own living quarters.

Providence Adult Day Health

Located near Providence Holy Family Hospital in North Spokane, Providence Adult Day Health cares for senior adults whose lives have been challenged by chronic disease, dementia (including Alzheimer’s), injuries or the frailties associated with aging.  In a secure, caring environment, impaired seniors find rehabilitation services, nursing care, health monitoring and a chance to socialize and live independently.
